Tourist Guide Janske Lazne

Janské Lázně is a small Spa town on the slopes of the Krkonoše Mountains. It is located within close proximity of both Poland and Germany in the Trutnov region of the Czech Republic.

The town has a population of about 550,000 and the main economies of the region are the spa and the ski resorts. With the spa having been founded in the year 1006 AD, Janské Lázně has a very long history.

Janské Lázně has a relatively sub mountainous climate—a relatively warm climate and lots of sunshine. Hours of skiing on or admiring the natural beauty of the alpine slopes of the region is a pleasant means of passing time.
