Ruzyne Airport serves Prague in Czech Republic. It is located almost 10 kilometers from the city center and is a hub for the Czech Airlines. It was opened in 1937. This airport is known as the biggest airport in the Czech Republic having 12.7 million passengers in 2008. This airport was also the busiest airport within the EU member states and was named the best airport in Central and Eastern Europe in 2005 and 2007 by Skytrax.
