National Technical Museum serves as the largest institute in Prague that deals with the historical details of the nation. As the name suggest it mainly exhibits the technical aspects of the city's history.
Visitors can see historical versions of various electronic devices like cameras, astronomical instruments and clocks. This museum lies at Kostelni 42, Prague 17000 in Czech Republic.
Visitors can see old cars and planes. The main floor of the museum features the private carriage of the railway. It also features several old bicycles and motorcycles.
Tourists can visit the replica of the coal mine in the museum which holds several instruments and tools that were used in the olden times. Currently the museum holds more than 50,000 artifacts, tools and instruments that belong to various fields like acoustic, building industry, electric engineering, food industry and many more.
The museum is undergoing renovations recently; hence it is closed for visitors.
