Letenské sady, or Letna Park in Prague, is situated in front of a Neo-renaissance Czech mansion. The park is a great place to walk the dog, go for a run, or to have a nice picnic on a sunny day. It offers fantastic views of Prague and the Vltava River. The folks that frequent Letna Park on a regular basis are great testaments to the Czech Republic’s laid back culture.
But perhaps the best part of Letna Park is its popular beer garden. With Gambrinus Pilsner always on tap, this place offers a priceless ambiance that is very rare. As the Czech locals also are aware of this, when you visit Letna Park beer garden you will encounter all types of people, ranging from business folk to students to families with children. The prices are also very sensible.
While Letna Park is a great place to ride bikes and drink beer, it is also a historically significant area to the city of Prague, as it was often used as an assembly point for invaders throughout the centuries. This place is a must-see because it offers an abundance of bona fide entertainment, history, and culture of the Czech Republic!
