The City Hall Square is situated in the heart of the city of Copenhagen in Denmark. This city square is beside Copenhagen City Hall and is home to a large statue of Hans Christian Andersen. Often, this square is a venue for buskers and demonstrations. There are many nightclubs and bars near its vicinity. In Danish, it is called as Rådhuspladsen and houses the bus centrals of the city. The square also has a pedestrian shopping street, namely Stroget which begins at the north east side of this square.
