Also known as Ulemiste Airport or the Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport, the Tallinn airport is known to be the largest airport in Estonia and is the home base of the Estonian Air, the national airline. Open to both domestic and international flights, this airport opened in 1936. It has a single asphalt-concrete runway which is almost 3070 meters long and 45 meters wide. Since 2009, this airport was officially named to ‘Lennart Meri Tallinn International Airport’.
