The Nuuksio National Park covers a large area spanning forests and lakes. It is home to several rare species of various flora and fauna.

The Glims Farmstead Museum showcases life in Espoo in the nineteenth century. The exhibits include old farmsteads and inns and the furniture used in those times.

The Espoonlahti church, a concrete and stone medieval structure, is a popular site for concerts in the summer. The April Jazz Festival is held at the end of April. Jazz artists from across Finland converge in Espoo to welcome the spring.

Leikkilinna, a toy museum, traces the popular toys and games of Finland since early twentieth century. The Espoo Car Museum display cars, motorbikes and other equipment showcasing the development of automobiles.

The Gallen-Kallela Museum is housed within the artist’s Art Nouveau-styled mansion. Besides Gallen-Kallela, it displays the works of many other masters as well as contemporary art and photography.
