The Rock Church or the Temppeliaukio Kirkko is also known by the name, Church in the Rock. This is a modern church which is carved from rock and has a stunning copper dome. This is a religious site and even an architectural building. This church is a remarkable work of modern architecture in the city and was completed in 1952. It is entirely built underground and has a ceiling which is made of copper wire.
