The Musee Alsacien explores the historic culture of Strasbourg and also the rest part of Alsace through some of the major exhibits of household artifacts and clothing. This museum has celebrated its 100 years in 2007. It has exhibits of arts and famous traditions along with Jewish heritage. The museum was known as the landmark Francophiles and was saved by the intervention of the municipality in the year 1917.
