Giverny is a village and also a commune situated in Northern France. It is popular as the destination of Claude Monet’s garden and residence. This village lies fifty miles from Paris and is officially in the Eure department, in the Haute-Normandie region. Some of the best attractions worth visiting are the American Art Museum, Hotel Baudy with its café and restaurant having a periodical decoration and the Clos Normand. Many can visit the Claude Monet’s House and Gardens which is a famous tourist attraction in summer, when the flowers bloom.
