Haute-Normandie is known to be one of the regions situated in France with many places worth visiting and enjoy activities as well. It comprises of main administrative units of France, the Seine-Maritime and Eure. Known as the Upper Normandy, Haute-Normandie climate is wet and coastal. This region experiences warm summers and sunny with occasional rainfall. The climate is cool during the winter season, with mild spring and autumn months also the best time of the year to visit this region. The summer season is quiet pleasant too. Travelers can visit this region any time of the year, though some prefer crowded places and some prefer quiet places to enjoy the place attractions. Upper Normandy offer endless indoor as well as outdoor activities like horseback riding, hiking, cycling, golfing and fishing activities too.
