Orsay Museum - Attractions in Paris

The Orsay Museum is a pioneering French art museum located in Paris, France.

This magnificent museum was formerly a railway station and a terminus for the south western railways in France until 1939. In 1986, it was converted into a museum which mainly held French art consisting of paintings, sculptures, furniture and photography.

Dedicated to all facets of artistic expression, the museum represents the richness of artistic marvels. It is perhaps best known for the exhaustive compilation of impressionist masterworks of famous painters like Monet and Renoir.
