The Pantheon is an imposing 19th century building which was designed originally as a church and later on, it turned into a civil temple. A fine example of neoclassicism, this building has a façade, surmounted by a dome. This monument is one of the most significant architectural achievements of its time. Situated in the 5th arrondissement on the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève, it offers panoramic view of the entire city of Paris.
