Rodin Museum or better known as the Musée Rodin is located in the capital city of France, Paris. As the name suggests, this museum holds the collection of wonderful creations of Auguste Rodin, a French sculptor.
The museum is located in the Hotel Biron, which is at 79, rue de Varenne in Paris. The hotel was used as the residence by this great sculpture in 1908. Later in 1919, Musée Rodin opened in this hotel.
Rodin donated all his sculptors and creations to this museum. Here tourists can see some of the world famous creations by Rodin. These are inclusive of The Kiss and The Thinker.
Most of the sculptors are displayed in the garden in front of the hotel building. Besides the sculptors, Rodin also created sketches, paintings and engraves. All these creations are also housed in this museum.
A separate section is dedicated to the creations of Camille Claudel. The museum remains open from 9.30 am to 5.45 pm.
