Pigalle is the neighborhood of Paris is well known as a Red Light District with home for strip clubs and more. This place is a definitely adults only place and is a popular tourist destination attracting many visitors each year. Pigalle lies to the north of Paris and is adjacent to Montmartre. This neighborhood was also home to cabaret scene and Moulin Rouge was the first show in the city.

Pigalle is famous for hosting various comedy clubs, including the legendary Moulin Rouge nightclub, famous in Paris. Although the times in which it was a dangerous area are far, the district does not have an excellent reputation. However, great artists such as Picasso and Dali chose to live and the name of the neighborhood is linked to another famous artist, the sculptor Jean-Baptiste. Pigalle.
