Place Saint Sulpice is a large public square which was built in 1754 in the Latin Quarter of the 6th arrondissement of Paris as a tranquil garden. Apart from the church which is one of the attractions here, one can get to visit the fountain Saint-Sulpice or known also as Fountain of the Four Bishops. The fountain was built in the center of the square between 1844 and 1848, and was exclusively designed by Joachim Visconti, the architect.
