Moulin Rouge is a cabaret which was built in 1889 by Joseph Oller and who also owned the Paris Olympia. This theater is close to the Montmartre in Paris red light district of Pigalle. This theater is best known as the spiritual birthplace of the modern type of dance of the can-can dance. At present, Moulin Rouge is a tourist destination, which offers musical dance entertainment for adult visitors from all parts of the world.
