National Museum of Monaco is situated at 17, avenue Princess-Grace MC 98000, Monaco and is open daily from 10 to 6.30 with a lunch break in between. The museum has a huge collection of dolls and automats in period costumes and is the largest in the world.
This collection of dolls and automats from the later half of the 19th century made in Paris takes you back to the past as these dolls are displayed along with chinaware, period furniture and daily use objects made in the same scale.
This includes refined ambience from the Neapolitan crib, a 19th century villa set in a rose garden designed by the popular architect Charles Garnier and more. The admission fee is 6 euros for an adult and 4 euros for a child.
