Principality, this museum recounts the most outstanding milestones of the History
of Mankind.
Oceanographic Museum and Aquarium
This exceptional, world-famous museum is dedicated to all marine sciences. Its
marine fauna collections, gathered by Prince Albert I, are priceless. Its famous
"Aquarium", where rare fish species of extravagant shapes and colours
move about in 90 fish tanks, presents a grandiose show.
Its latest creation, the "Sharks Lagoon", a gigantic 450 m3 pool,
reveals the diversity and the extraordinary colours of coral reefs and of the
living beings that can be found there.
