This is an agricultural museum founded in 1899 by the famous poet Frederic Mistral in Arles. Frederic Mistral, who was a Nobel Prize winner in 1904, donated the amount that he won to create this museum. It lies in Palais de Laval Castellane and has a vast collection of costumes, furniture, farming implements, tools, ceramics and Provincial folk art.
