The Church Saint Pierre is situated near the Aubanel printing museum and is cobbled with shingle stones. This Parish church was rebuilt in 1385 and is considered as the most embellished of all churches in Avignon. It has a walnut solid door which is almost four meter high. These were constructed in 1551, when a rich merchant named Michel Lopis paid 60 gold crowns to construct the doors.
