Having constructed in the year 1982, this large block can be referred to as one amongst the hottest places in Cannes where activities such as international conferences and festivals get held all the year round. The ‘sand-colored’, futuristic ‘Palais des Festivals’; which go on to mark end of beaches with respect to La Croisette as well as beginning of old port; host grand events such as ‘Cannes Film Festival’.
