Les Écrins National Park is located to the south of Grenoble in France.
Les Écrins National Park was established on 27 March 1973, and it is set in the beautiful mountains of the Alps which makes it a popular tourist destination. This region is also important from the standpoint of history. Objects collected from several excavations suggest that the valley has been inhabited since the Bronze Age.
The park offers countless activities and attractions for one of the most memorable holidays. The Ailefroide village is one of the primary attractions in this region. This place has chapels, camping areas, mountains, valleys etc. This park is home to around 1800 species of plants and 210 species of birds, some of which are unique and rare.
