The museum of the Resistance is also called as the Centre d’Histoire de la Resistance et de la Deportation. This museum commemorates French resistance to Nazi occupation where Lyon played a central role. This is a multi media museum and has short film clips of the war and historic events in Lyon. The exhibition theme itself is the onset of war and the beginning stages of the resistance and deportation in Lyon.
