The Wilhelma Zoo, we took 8 hours (from 10 in the morning until six in the evening) to visit everything. There are tens of thousands of animals, it's quite a feat visiting this zoo and it has to be done at a fast pace (have a nice hearty breakfast in the morning and go, you'll eat when you go out). There is a metro stop in front of the entrance, so it's easy to get to.
