The State Gallery of Stuttgart is an art gallery and also an art museum situated in Stuttgart. It got opened in 1843 and is considered as one of the leading museums in Europe. This museum was redesigned by James Stirling and open to the public in 1984. This State Gallery has three buildings, of which the oldest part of the gallery is known as the Old State Gallery constructed during 1838 to 1843 by Gottlob Georg Barth.
