Crux is one of the most lively venues in Munich and is a great place to check out if you’re in town for a few days. All the locals know it, its a sort of institution in its own right. Primarily it covers the live music, dance, drum and bass and hip-hop scenes and you can be sure that on any given night the effort will have been put in and random occurrences allowed for (encouraged possibly) it will be a good night!
Entrance charges vary depending on the night and the artist in question but like so many places in Munich its never expensive so you don’t need to worry about that. The bar is good and the people are friendly, though it can get very busy. To get here head for Ledererstraße 3
80331, well the i-phone will do the work eh ;). My recommendation is Friday nights earlier on, before the place gets packed quite to the rafters. At that point the guts of the music will be finished and its a good point to retire to the periphery for a smoke and to plot the nights next move.
