The Englischer Garden or better known as English Garden is a large public park which is in the center of Munich in Germany. This garden stretches from the city center to the north eastern city limits. Created in 1789 by Sir Benjamin Thompson, the garden was recreated by many other landscape architectures. Spread over 3.7 kilometers, this garden is one of the largest urban public parks in the world.
