The best time for me is in August, because the temperature is comfortable and you can see the city in its entirety. I spent a wonderful week at the beginning of August. I stayed in a very comfortable accessible apartment, 2 km from the centre. The city has all the shops you need, and the restaurants and pizzerias are quite affordable.

It's a fantastic Medieval city full of history, but also cutting edge and full of life. You must see the 3 main churches, the fortified village with the castle, but also fountains and squares. Go there in July when the music festival is on, you'll toast with great beer and eat traditional Bavarian food!
