The Karneval der Kulturen takes place in Berlin on the last weekend in the month of May. But recently, it changed to around Whitsunday. This German fest began in 1995 as a street parade and became popular in recent years as one of the best musical street parties in Europe. For both visitors and locals, this is a must see experience where they can also participate.
