The Neues Museum is a beautiful museum located in Berlin in Germany. Built between 1843 and 1855, this site was closed at the start of the World War II in 1939. After some time, it was entirely reconstructed and rebuilt, officially being reopened in 2009. David Chipperfield, the English architect who redesigned it received a 2010 RIBA European Award for its excellent architecture. Some of the exhibits include the Prehistoric, early history collections, Egyptian collections and many more. Known more for its Egyptian collection, it is a must visit sight whilst in Berlin.
