Gendarmenmarkt is regarded as the most beautiful square in Europe. The square adorns two identical parallel churches, the Deutscher Dom, the German Cathedral and the Franzosischer Dom, the French Cathedral. Probably the most elegant and beautiful square, Gendarmenmarkt was created at the end of the 17th century. Whilst in Berlin, one can take the time to visit this beautiful square and even relax a bit. He and his family can also visit the surrounding café and restaurants.
