The Museum am Ostwall was opened in 1947. The museum features an extensive collection of art belonging to 20th century. The museum is a very reputed centre in Germany. Paintings, sculptures, objêts d'art are included in the Museum. The museum has a repertoire of more than 2500 artifacts which covers the Classical Modern Age till present day.
