Dresden Hauptbahnhof or better known as the Dresden Central Station is one of the two main inter-city transit hubs in Dresden. Designed by Paul Weidner and Ernst Giese, it was built between 1892 and 1897. Having 18 tracks, eleven of them are through the station itself and seven travels from the west. Around 60,000 passengers can travel through this station.
