Altmarkt, Prager Strasse and Wilsdruffer Strasse are Dresden’s main shopping streets with departmental stores, fashion chains and over 100 shops. Prager Strasse is known to be the premiere shopping street with small shops and large department stores offering wide range of popular brands. Altmarkt-Galerie mall houses more than 100 shops, restaurants, cafes and has certain cosmopolitan vibe that attracts tourists. Königstrasse, Dresden's most exclusive district has more than 100 classy restaurants and boutiques. The area is especially known for window shopping activity and is a lovely place for a stroll. Hauptstrasse is an attractive shopping street and has interesting craft shops with items that act as wonderful souvenirs.
