Spinnerei art gallery estimates around 15,000 visitors per year who come to visit this one time biggest cotton spinning mill in continental Europe. There are tours organized on weekends when one can explore the gallery and exhibition spaces. Apart from the residents of Leipzig, tourists interested in fine arts also visit this art gallery. The place has a long history of being the longest running cotton mill in the city. The gallery has amazing art works of renowned artists from all parts of the world and also some of the displays of the cotton mill products and machines used. Other than the popular gallery and exhibition venues, the place has a big artist studio.
