This is the 2nd residence of the famous architect, Van de Velde, and was a popular venue with art lovers and artists. The house was later sold by him after the 1st World War for a measly sum of 2.20 guilds due to the inflation in Germany. This house now encompasses a museum and is open for viewing to the general public.
