There are a lot of historical attractions in Kassiopi village. The ruins of the Castle which was built by the Romans and covers earlier building are frequently visited by tourists. This Castle has been restored with glory by the European Community grant. There are also future plan to convert a part of the Castle into a museum which hosts historical artifacts from Kassiopi and which are presently kept in Corfu.
