The island provides impressive shopping opportunity for the travelers. The shops offer a variety of quality leather goods, antiques, exquisite jewelry and designer labels.
The shops that sell the local products can be found in Lefkada Town and in other areas within the villages. The shops are generally open 9.00 am to 3.00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday while they are open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
The shops also display fine examples of art and crafts, hand-woven textiles, silver utensils, embroideries and jewelry.
