Lefkada is the fourth biggest island and located between Corfu and Cefalonia regions. The island is a perfect place for the tourists who seek adventure and those who wish to commemorate an unmatched traveling experience.
The underground waters that slide by the high mountains forming waterfalls form the natural richness of Lefkada. Dimossari is one such waterfall that pours into a narrow valley. During summer time the visitors can swim in the crystal lakes that are formed among the rocks.

The beach water is crystal clear and offers an amazing experience for the travelers and helps them in indulging in various water sports. Lefkada is known for its historical churches. The Monastery of Asomatos Archangel Michael has interesting paintings that belongs to the 17th and 18th century. The church of Agios (St) Ioannis was built from the materials of the ruins of ancient temple. The Christian church was established in the year 1654.
