Zante: Attractions and more...
The most to visit in Zante belongs, obviously, to its wonderful beaches and seascapes.
Blue Caves, for example, represent something rare and stunning. Discovered in 1897, they consist in a block of stones and rocks that rise directly into the sea and create a sort of refuge. This is also an amizing place where to dive.
Marathonissi is an unhabitated island situated just in front of Zante. It’s characterised, as the Blue Caves, by the very particular formation of its stones. It’s accesible by a wonderful boat trip. Its white beaches add to make this island a little bit of heaven.
Smuggler Cove is instead the most famous and attended beach all over the island of Zante.
