The Gellért Thermal Bath is known worldwide and is more popular amongst foreigners. Built in a secession style, Gellért opened its gate in 1918 and got expanded in 1927 by the wave bath and as an effervescent bath in 1934. Moreover, it has seventy million liters of 21-78 Celsius of warm thermal water spring from its 118 natural thermal springs.
