The Rudas Baths were thermal bath which were built by the Turks in 1566 and still retains a strong Islamic style. There is an octagonal pool below the 10 meter diameter dome and sustained by 8 pillars. This thermal bath has been visited from 1936 exclusively by men. There is also a swimming pool which was operating as a therapeutic swimming facility along with a sauna which was built in 1896.

As a walking tour addict, I joined all of their tours. These were the best things we done during our stay in Budapest. Agnes shared stories of her personal experiences and gave very interesting information on Hungary from a Hungarian perspective. We also checked their website about how to spend the New Year's Eve in Budapest and all the tips they gave were really useful. (www.triptobudapest.hu) Well done.
