Hungary has got a great variety of birds and other kind of animals species, and this is the one of the main feature which attract animals lover world wide.

Eco Tours, as its name suggest, is a leader company in organizing environmental respectful tours all over the world, but bird and butterfly watch are held principally in Hungary.

A good home base for butterflies tour is Sopron, thanks to its particular habitat which hosts a lot of butterflies and moths species.

The all inclusive birding tour of Sopron starts and ends in Vienna, and lasts 7 days.

The first day company staff meet tourists to the Vienna airport and directly drive them to Sopron hills, where they immediately begin their butterfly tour in the afternoon, and moth traps at night.

The day 2 guides lead tourists to visit the Szárhalmi Forest where birders watch at different and rare kind of birds and butterflies, such as the Narrow-bordered Bee Hawk, while at night more then one hundred species of moths live in this area.

The day 3 a short trip leads the adventurers to the Lake Neusiedl where at night is totally populated by Hawk-moth, Small Elephant Hawk-moth and other species

The day 4 is dedicated to visit the region of Hansàg, while the evening is free.

The day 5 a visit to Lake Ferto is planned for guests, to let them enjoy the sightseeing and the overview through the steppe areas where the European Souslik lives.

The days 6 and 7 groups come back to Soprom hills to explore in detail this area and its rare butterflies and moths species.

In the afternoon of the seventh day, a free transport service lead tourists back to the Vienna Airport.
