Hallgrímskirkja is a Lutheran parish church which is situated in Reykjavik in Iceland. This is known as the largest church ever in Iceland and is 244 feet high. The church construction began in 1945 and ended in 1986. Its architect was Guðjón Samúelsson, who created its design in 1937. The church is also the most striking churches in Iceland. This church even has a bell tower which is 75 meter long.
