Cork is a casual city and tourists can use sneakers, sweaters and jeans. The climate is cool even in summer, so tourists should pack some warm clothes.

The weather is changeable and rains is frequent during the spring months. An umbrella or hat is useful to protect oneself from rain and the changing weather conditions.

Raincoats do not help much as the weather is changeable and the humidity will make things worse.

An electric adapter, cameras, batteries, camera film, washcloth, a tiny flashlight, ear plugs and medicines are a few important things that should be packed along with other items.

Tourists should make copies of their tickets and passports and keep them separate from the originals.

Sunglasses and spare eyeglasses for contact lens wearers, toiletries, insect repellent, prescriptions and bathing suits are some other items that should be packed.
