Nothing tastes better than a late night of clubbing in one of Galway’s best clubs than to make your way back to your hotel room with a carton of cheesy French fries (or with garlic sauce on the side).  Supermacs is Ireland’s answer to McDonalds and you happen to stumble upon the fast-food chain’s flagship restaurant in Galway, don’t be surprised to see it packed at 2:00am on the weekend night.  You’ll find here an army of Galway university students working off their beer buzz with Supermacs snack boxes.  If you’re sober, you might want to skip the greasy food but after a few good pints of the black stuff, it will do.

Another great place to order a quick hamburger with fries is Eddie Rockets (think Johnny Rockets if you are from the States).  But, if you are looking for a slice or two of pizza, Fat Freddie’s has the best in Galway (the thin crust is superb). Open late and with top-notch service.

If you have kebabs on your mind, Costelloe’s Kebaby House next to the famous Roisin Dubh pub is where you need to go.
