Tourist Guide Galway
Located on the west coast of Ireland, on the river Corrib, Galway, including suburbs and environs, has a population of about 66,000 inhabitants.
It’s a touristic and industrial city; it has also a student population of 12,000: this makes Galway vivid and animate during the Autumn, Winter and Spring months.
It’s funny to listen to different languages, especially Irish dialect like Gaelic which confers the city a mystique atmosphere.
The modernity of the city opposes to the ancient part of it; an important zone of Galway is the port.
In most streets , buskers and musicians can be found usually playing typical Gaelic music.
In the area of the port, a multitude of restaurants proposes dishes based on fresh fish; you cannot miss tasting Irish beer which comprises a multitude of varieties!
