Amalfi: Attractions and more...
Beaches are wonderful, so it’s more convenient to go in Summer, when days are longer and sunny.
You can walk in the heart of the town, finding Saint Andrew’s church, an enormous and evocative building; before reaching for the cathedral toy have to make 57 steps. next to this church you can admire the XII century tower, unique in its genre.
You cannot forget to visit Chiostro del Paradiso and Chiesa del Crocifisso, because thanks to this you can find out Amalfi’s story. In addition, these are other parts of town which must be seen: Vagliendola quarter, Hotel dei Cappucini (once it was a monastery), Museo della carta (a museum with rudimental machines and instruments) and Valle delle Ferriere (a natural Reserve).
