Tourist Guide Capri
Capri is an island city in Campania, Capri. With a small population of around 8,000 inhabitants, Capri has been a renowned tourist resort since the ancient times. The place is famous for being the favoured destination of the rich and famous even while conserving its ancient architecture.
The climate in Capri is pleasantly mild throughout the year. Summers are warm with July and August being the warmest months. Winters are mild and the tourist traffic is less in this season. March and April are pleasant months to visit the place for the flora and fauna.
The place has been inhabited since the Palaeolithic age. The Greek gave the name ‘Kapros’ to the settlement which was much later changed to Capri. The city earns the highest revenue through tourism.
